Elaine Allen was established in 2017 by Bishop E. Carter IV. After being in the corporate industry of construction for 20 years, Bishop decided to return to Lexington and open his own commercial contractor company.  With consistent dedication to innovation & training over the experience of his career, Bishop opened Elaine Allen with the intention to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to clients’ goals for quality, craftsmanship, budget, and schedule. 
A cornerstone of Elaine Allen is to give back and train the generations following the industry footsteps. Elaine Allen has become a dedicated sponsor to a national recognize mentoring program in Lexington along with supplementing multiple life skill programs in the community.
