McCoy has recently been promoted to Senior Project Manager, as mentioned in Business Lexington. He has been with Elaine Allen for the past four years and his passion for project management combined with his strong work ethic makes him an integral member of our team. He has successfully directed many projects over the years, but his favorite project was Jack's Sand Bar & Grill.

Celebrating a Milestone: Grand Opening of Townhomes Built with Pride and Diversity
Lexington KY, July 24 - It was a momentous occasion for both the community and Elaine Allen as they proudly celebrated the grand opening of their latest project - a stunning collection of townhomes located on Race and Third. What made this event even more special was the extraordinary effort put forth by Elaine Allen to ensure that the construction of these townhomes was a testament to diversity and inclusion. During the event, Bishop Carter IV took the stage to express his gratitude to the talented minority subcontractors who made the project possible.
